J&K Police Constable Answer Key 2024
The JKSSB Police Constable Recruitment 2024 stems from an official request by the Home Department, under Indent No. Home/PNG/268/2022 (CC-7040944), dated 27.06.2024.
The objective is to appoint suitable candidates to serve in the J&K Police force, ensuring enhanced security and law enforcement across the region.
The written exam is the primary step in the selection process and adheres to the following structure:
JK Police Constable Examination Pattern
- Type of Questions: The exam consists of Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Language: All questions are provided in English only.
- Negative Marking: A penalty of one-fourth of the marks assigned to a question is deducted for each incorrect answer.
Bonus Marks for NCC Certificate Holders
In line with SO 290 dated 20.08.2021, candidates with National Cadet Corps (NCC) certification are eligible for bonus marks:
- NCC “C” Certificate: 5% of the maximum marks.
- NCC “B” Certificate: 3% of the maximum marks.
- NCC “A” Certificate: 2% of the maximum marks.
